Return & Refund Policy
At Opportunity Outpost, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility (within 7 days of delivery):
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is received damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Debit Card or Bank Transfer).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was delivered in error or arrived damaged.
